This delightfully sweet honey is delicate and soft with just a hint of River Gum eucalypt. It's smooth, relaxed and less intense than our Red Gum Honey.

Mallee Honey Is gathered from York Gum trees that is endemic species to Western Australia. With its bold, aromatic bush flavours our Mallee honey is unequalled. Sourced in the Western Australian gum tree region, it imparts a richer, more distinctive eucalypt flavour on the palate, which makes it the connoisseur’s honey of choice.
Honeycomb
Honeycomb is a natural bee product consisting of waxy, hexagonal cells which contain raw honey. Honeycombs are edible and offer numerous health benefits - fighting infections and improving heart health. Honeycomb may also boost liver function.
Beeswax
Beeswax is such a versatile product can be used as medicine for lowering cholesterol and for relieving pain and swelling. In foods, white beeswax and beeswax absolute, are used as stiffening agents.
